Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Period:
a. 1 day = 24 hours
b. The rental period ends on the agreed-upon end date.
c. Any extension beyond the agreed-upon end date may be subject to additional fees.
d. The rental period begins on the agreed-upon start date and continues for the duration specified in the rental agreement.
e. Late return of equipment will result in a daily fee of $25 per equipment beyond the agreed rental period.
2. Rental Equipment:
a. The equipment provided for rent includes the Main components and any other necessary accessories.
b. The renter is responsible for the proper installation and set-up of the equipment.
c. The renter must not tamper with or modify the equipment without prior authorization.
3. Rental Fees and Payments:
a. The rental fees are clearly stated in the rental agreement and are subject to change.
b. The payment for the rental, including any security deposits or additional fees, must be made in full and in the currency of (Canadian Dollar) specified in the rental agreement before picking up the equipment's.
c. Any unpaid amounts may result in additional charges, including late fees and collection costs.
d. Damage deposit will be refunded back to the original form of payment and may take up to 2-5 business days.
e. Late return of equipment will result in a daily fee of $25 per equipment beyond the agreed rental period.
4. Use and Responsibilities:
a. The renter is responsible for using the equipment in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies.
b. The renter must not use the equipment for illegal activities, including hacking, piracy, or distribution of unauthorized content.
c. The renter is responsible for ensuring the proper care and maintenance of the equipment during the rental period.
d. The renter will be held liable for any damage or loss to the equipment during the rental period, except for ordinary wear and tear.
5. Limitation of Liability:
a. Roaming Essentials and associates/affiliates shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the rental or use of the equipment.
b. Roaming Essentials does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
6. Return:
a. The renter must return the equipment to the designated location at the end of the rental period.
b. The equipment must be in the same condition as when rented, excluding ordinary wear and tear.
c. Failure to return the equipment on time will result in a daily fee of $25 per equipment.
d. Upon return, the equipment will be inspected, and the renter may be charged for any damage beyond ordinary wear and tear.
7. Termination and Cancellation:
a. Roaming Essentials reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time for any reason.
b. The renter may cancel 3 days prior to the rental agreement by providing email notice to support@roamingessentials.ca.
c. Refunds for early termination or cancellation may be subject to deductions for any applicable fees.
8. Governing Law and Disputes:
a. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the district in which Roaming Essential operates.
b. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration or a court of competent authority.
